Brother Paul was born into an orthodox Christian family and from a child worked in church helping saints, orphans, widows, lepers and the physically challenged.

But, during a low point in his life, at the age of 16 during a prayer service, he received the Holy Ghost and he heard a voice from the Lord saying “SON I NEED YOU FOR MY HARVEST” he didn't understand what it meant at that time but by the age of 17 he had heard the Lord's voice several times.

In 2006, his parents asked him to join the ministry they were overseeing and the Lord greatly assisted him and his ministry grew to 7000 people. He also started a TV channel and taught the bible online but he wasn't happy with the teachings and traditions of the group he was with that did not lineup with the Bible and he stood against those things.

In 2014, he separated from the group his parents were leading with 7000 people and pastors following him.

Brother Paul met a young man online from America who was also seeking more truth, and he told him to find a church and ministry that functions according to the Bible. Shortly thereafter, the young man contacted him to let him know he had found the church that was teaching and operating according to the bible and he encouraged Brother Paul to contact the ministry.

Brother Paul was able to make contact and become connected with the COTLR Ministry in 2016 where all his questions began to be answered and he received the truths being taught. His first visit to America was in 2017.
