Travel Health Guidelines
As we all prepare to travel for the San Ramon International meeting, we want everyone to keep in mind these important travel guidelines to help keep everyone safe during this convention.

If you’re traveling by plane, please wear a mask while in the airport and on the flight. This is for your safety and for the safety of others.
If you're not feeling well, especially if you have a sore throat, congestion, runny nose, or a fever, please stay home or remain where you’re staying, and take a COVID test.
If you test positive for COVID, please do not attend service. Instead, reach out to Brother Caesar or Sister Olive if you have any questions or need guidance.
Masks during service are optional, but we strongly encourage anyone who is elderly or immunocompromised to wear one.
If you're getting prayed for, you don’t need to wear a mask. But those praying for saints or helping with the prayer line should wear one.

Driving Directions
From Oakland Int'l Airport (OAK)
Approximately 30 minutes by car, depending on traffic.
Take I-880 North. Merge onto I-238 East toward Castro Valley. Merge onto I-580 East. Take I-680 North toward Concord. Exit at Bollinger Canyon Road. Turn right onto Bishop Ranch Drive.
From San Francisco Int'l Airport (SFO)
Approximately 45 to 60 minutes by car, depending on traffic.
Take US-101 South. Merge onto I-380 East. Merge onto I-280 North. Take CA-92 East toward Hayward. Merge onto I-880 North. Take I-238 East to I-580 East. Merge onto I-680 North. Exit at Bollinger Canyon Road. Turn right onto Bishop Ranch Drive.
Parking Information
There are two parking options available at the San Ramon Marriott.
Marriott Hotel Lot
Paid parking is available in the Marriott hotel lot for $5 a day with the discount voucher for our group. Go to the front desk each day to pickup a voucher to pay as you exit. Payment must be made with a card at the exit.
As you enter the property, follow the Guest Parking signs to the right. At the ticket booths, pull a ticket, wait for the gate to open, and park in any available space.
Please note that parking in this lot may be limited.
Free Parking at the Adjacent Shopping Center
Free parking is available in the adjacent Target parking lot and surrounding shopping center.
Please be prepared for a short walk to the hotel. From the shopping center parking lot, follow the sidewalk, turn left out of the parking area, and continue toward the Marriott entrance.
Once you are on the Marriott property, please follow the posted signs or look for our ushers wearing badges. They will be able to direct you to the convention room.
Staircases and wheelchair-accessible ramps are available through the courtyard.

Accommodations will be made for those who need assistance.
Please note that drop-off directly in front of the hotel may be limited or unavailable due to hotel guidelines. If you or someone traveling with you needs assistance, please contact us before the convention so we can help where possible.
Luggage Storage
If you need a place to store your luggage before or after service, the hotel front desk will be able to assist you.
You may check your bags with the front desk staff upon arrival or departure.
